Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account info: your email address (used only to send sign-in links and account notices).

Page content: the Spotify track links you paste, the display name and page URL you choose, and metadata (title, artist, cover art, ISRC) we fetch from Spotify to build your page.

Billing info: if you subscribe to Pro, PayPal processes your payment details directly — we never see or store your card or bank information, only your subscription status.

Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, requested URLs) for security and reliability.

2. How we use it

To create and host your TrackWheel page, authenticate you via magic-link email, process Pro subscriptions, and keep the Service secure and working.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use your email for marketing you haven't asked for.

3. Third parties we share data with

Spotify (Web API) — to look up track metadata for links you provide.

Deezer (public API) — to resolve a short preview clip for each track, matched by ISRC.

Resend — to deliver sign-in emails to your address.

PayPal — to process Pro subscription payments.

Neon — our database host, where your account and page data is stored.

We don't share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It's not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and page data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data and pages within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time by contacting us, or by removing content directly from your dashboard where that's supported. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like GDPR or CCPA.

7. Children's privacy

TrackWheel isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under the age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
